Emerge Project is a youth-centered project providing substance abuse and HIV/AIDS and Viral Hepatitis prevention services to African Americans young adults ages 18-24 in Greater Atlanta.
Emerge is a project directly funded through by Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration’s Minority Aids Initiative .

What’s up! My name is Ebony. I am very excited to the lead the Emerge Project. I have been working with youth for the past 10 years. I truly believe in reaching people where they are at. I am a social media addict and enjoy using social media to improve health behaviors. I am a passionate health educator, educating folks anywhere and everywhere.
I was borned and raised in Florida. Now I live in Atlanta, Georgia and I miss my beaches. I am a lover of food and enjoy cooking. I am a Pinterest fanatic. On the weekend, you can catch me shopping or relaxing in the lawn at a musical festival.

Hi everyone, this is a favorite quote of mine. I try to live my life by helping others whenever and however I can. I’m a passionate champion of men and women pursuing their purpose. I believe that men and women should have pride in themselves, know their value, and work to attain their life’s goals.
My family and I relocated to Georgia in 2006 where I starting my present work as a Prevention Specialist. I enjoy delivering education and prevention messages to those affected by HIV. I encourage you with messages of values, goals, managing a diagnosis and your health, all the while listening to your and caring about your needs and concerns.
I grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia and I am a true “Beach Girl.” In the summer you can find me white water rafting, zip lining or somewhere near some water with my husband and our two sons.
We are a musical family and can be found performing on Valentine’s Day, weddings, special occasions and every Sunday. My favorite foods are cheesecake, “OH LAWD!” any seafood except crayfish and my favorite color is RED.

Born and raised Manhattan, New York and I am the second oldest of 4 siblings.. I have been working in Public health for 10 years so I am not stranger to this work! My drive for doing this work for a decade stems from his pure love for seeing people live healthier lives and helping them live up to their full potential. I loved reading and is a Sci-Fi fanatic. My favorite type of food is anything Italian! I am a member of Delta Phi Upsilon Fraternity, Inc. and also loves to dance. You would often catch me listening to either Gospel or R&B, his favorite Gospel Artist is Jonathan McReynolds and his favorite R&B Artist is Usher. I love to dance and sing Karaoke.
